Avocado Crema

Makes: 350ml Carbs per 2 tbs: 1.5

This creamy, dreamy avocado crema is simplicity at its best. Silky smooth and utterly addictive, use as a dip, salad dressing, or serve alongside your favourite Mexican dishes like my keto quesadilla or beef tacos and pico de gallo.


  • 1 large avocado

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 100g sour cream

  • 1-2 tbs lime juice (about 1 lime), to taste

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Using a mini food processor or hand blender, blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

  2. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice to taste.

  3. Enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
