This super quick and easy recipe makes the absolute tastiest ranch dip, far superior to anything store-bought. Perfect for a salad dressing or a delicious alternative to mayo on sandwiches (check out my shop for low carb breads).
Ingredients:
100g mayonnaise (preferably low-carb, sugar-free, or homemade)
100g Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), dried parsley, dried chives, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to your liking.
Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
Serve immediately with your favorite keto-friendly snacks or dishes.
If there are any leftovers, transfer them into an airtight container and store it in the fridge. It should stay fresh for up to one week.
