Low Carb Burger Sauce (Big Mac copycat recipe)

With just a handful of ingredients, you can enjoy all the flavour of your favourite burger without all the sugar and carbs! Great for a keto-friendly bunless burger or (even better) recreate the full junk food experience guilt-free with my new low carb bread buns


  • 125g (½ cup) low carb mayonnaise

  • 30g (2 tbs) American mustard

  • 35g pickled gherkins or cornichons, very finely diced

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, diced pickles, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

  2. Enjoy!

  3. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 months.
